This Privacy Policy governs your use of both the Site and the App. By using the Site and/or App, you explicitly agree to be bound by the provisions of the Privacy Policy. You shall also be subject to any additional terms posted with respect to individual sections of the Site and App.

Nutripair expressly reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason that it, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate; please review it periodically. Changes to the Privacy Policy shall take immediate effect and will apply to all pre-existing accounts and those accounts registering after the date of the changes without limitation. Users who have successfully registered with Nutripair shall receive email notification of any substantive changes to the Privacy Policy within ten days of their taking effect. Despite these efforts to notify you of substantive changes, all users should check this page periodically to stay abreast of any changes to the Privacy Policy. Unless your express consent is required by law, your continued use of the Site, App, and/or Services after having been notified of any such revised Privacy Policy indicates acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

Nutripair will never make changes to the Privacy Policy that violate any applicable privacy laws.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy tells you what information we collect when you visit the Site and/or the App, how we use, share and protect it, what choices you have about how the information is used, and how you can access and update that information.

We take very seriously our responsibility to maintain your privacy with respect to your personal data. Once a registered user logs on to the Site and/or the App, that member can view his or her personal information stored by Nutripair by clicking on the “My Profile” link at the top of the page. Every user may also view and change the following personal information: name, user name, email address, password, whether that user would like to continue to receive marketing communications from Nutripair. Members at any time may contact Nutripair to request that all personal data be deactivated.

The restaurants and other businesses within the Site and/or App are separate businesses from Nutripair. Restaurants within the Nutripair network may also have their own websites. Nutripair is not responsible for how these businesses collect your personal information through their own websites. Please contact the appropriate business regarding its website’s privacy policy (if applicable) and how it will access or use your personal information.

Your personal information and files are stored on Amazon Web Services RDS servers and the servers of companies we hire to provide services to us.

We cannot guarantee, ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to the Site and/or App. All transmissions of information are done at the sender’s own risk. Once we are in possession of information, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure the security of the information within our systems.

By registering for the Site and/or App, or by providing Personal Data to us, you agree that we can communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of this Site, App, and/or Services. The electronic communications may include periodic emails from Nutripair. If you would like to unsubscribe from automatically receiving emails from Nutripair, please follow the directions to unsubscribe at the bottom of any of the emails you receive from Nutripair.

You will never receive email from any third party affiliated with Nutripair, such as a restaurant, unless you have affirmatively opted to receive such email. In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we do not share any of your individual information without your prior consent.

If you wish to have Nutripair disclose to you the personal information held by Nutripair and the means through which Nutripair obtained such information, or if you desire the information’s correction, suspension of use, deletion from our servers, or to be informed of the purpose of use by Nutripair, please contact Nutripair. Upon receiving the request, Nutripair shall meet such request pursuant to the provisions of each applicable privacy regulation after it confirms that such request has been made by you personally.

The purpose of the Site and/or the App is to pair individuals with personalized nutrition solutions to help them make informed decisions for tackling chronic illnesses through dietary means. The Site and/or the App provide a guide only that is in no way meant to be a replacement for contacting a particular restaurant or business to inquire about the ingredients, policies, and procedures it uses with respect to your unique dietary needs and other issues.
